Connecting your venue’s box office to usheru is a straightforward process that varies slightly depending on your point of sale. In all cases the bulk of the work is handled by usheru and generally follows these steps:

  1. Sign connection agreement that is shared between you, usheru and your point of sale.

  2. In some cases, your point of sale representative provides us with a unique key that allows us to connect to your venue and sell tickets on your behalf. In other cases, you will need to add usheru as an agent in your PoS system that allows us to sell tickets on your behalf

  3. You connect to our payment processor, Stripe, to activate direct payments to your venue.
